I had an emergency plumbing issue where my hot water system exploded in the middle of the night. I couldn’t get hold of my agents emergency plumber. So I contact these guys and was lucky enough to speak to Dom. Dom took the time to talk me through what to do over the phone to make it safe. I know he didn’t have to do this as it was no benefit to him but my utmost appreciation that he did. 5 star service which is very rare to find these days especially at midnight! Thanks Dom
